The Eden's weekly bowling league in Malta Living
A bowling league game is more fun when the table has your friends on it. In Malta Living, the free life sim you play in your browser, the Eden on St George's Bay now runs a weekly league: a few good nights at the lanes can put you on the podium, with a real prize and a trophy for your home. New here? Start with our guide to the Malta life simulator.

How the league works
The league runs each week, from Monday 00:00 to the next Monday, Malta time. Your score is the sum of your best 3 full games of bowling that week. A full game is ten frames: a quick game of five and duckpin are for fun and don't count, and neither does a game you walked away from.
So it's not about grinding. Three good nights beat twenty average ones, and a strike-heavy game on Friday can lift you ten places. If two players have the same total, the better single game wins; if that's level too, whoever got there first.
Where to find it
At the Eden, the card shows This week's league, with your place ("You're 4th of 30 this week") or what you need to get in. Tap it for the board:
- Solo: the top ten, with their best three games, and your own row, even if you're further down.
- Crews and clubs: each club's best five players, added up. Get your club bowling together.
- Friends: just you and your friends, the table that really matters.
Rico at the shoe desk keeps you honest: "You're 14th. Two good games and you're top ten." After every full game, the score screen tells you where you stand.
What the top 3 win
When the week ends, the server settles it on its own:
- 1st €200, 2nd €100, 3rd €50, as earned euros, when 8 or more players are in that week.
- A trophy for your home (to the life that bowled): a gold, silver or bronze bowler on a black plinth, waiting in your things to place with Buy.
- A title on your profile for the week after: "1st in the Eden league last week".
- The top club gets a club trophy for each of its players in the league. No money, just glory.
Each month there's the Eden cup too: the month's best three games, and the top 8 get the cup's title on their profile.
Fair play
Real money means real rules. Only real players count: no game-run residents, no test accounts, and nobody from the Malta Living team. Your account has to be at least two days old, you need three full games that week, and there's one prize per household connection: a second account on the same network keeps its place and title, but not the money. A prize and its trophy go only to the life that bowled those games. A tiny wobble on every ball, which nobody can predict, keeps the lanes fair for people and against bots. Every score comes from throws the server rolled itself, so nobody can type in a 300.
More nights out at the Eden
Book a friend's birthday at the Eden and get the whole group bowling, then check the Friends tab on Sunday night. Bowling has a long history as a league sport, and the ten-pin scoring we use is the standard one. Start playing and get your three games in this week.
Questions people ask
Do quick games count for the league?
No. Only full games of ten frames count, your best three in the week. Quick games and duckpin still count for fun, and for your Fun and Social.
When do I get my prize?
As soon as the week ends on Monday at midnight, Malta time, when the server settles the league. The money lands in your Bank, the trophy in your things at home.
Can my club win money?
No. The top club's players each get a club trophy for their home, but the money goes only to the top 3 players.
