Support: answers, a chat with the team, and reports
Good help and support in a life sim should be one tap away, and it shouldn't feel like filling in a form. In Malta Living, the free life sim of Malta you play in your browser, everything about getting help now lives in one app on your phone: Support, with the 🛟 lifebuoy. It sits exactly where Help & guide used to, so nothing moves on your grid.

One question box
Type a question at the top and Support looks in three places at once: Help's answers, the guide's topics and the FAQ. The best answer comes first, with a button that takes you straight there when there's somewhere to go (your first tasks in Earn, say, or the bus tour). Under it you get the guide topic and the FAQ question that match. Still stuck? Chat with us is always at the bottom.
Help & guide is one tap in, with eight topic tiles (Money, Jobs, Homes, People, Getting around, Games, Risky and Papers) and its rows: New here?, Walk me through it again, Get the app & notifications, What's new, the blog and the community.
One chat with the team
Your chat with Malta Living Team is one ongoing conversation, by day, like any chat on your phone. The Feedback app opens it too. When you write, you pick what it's about: Broken, Money, Idea or Account. Each one becomes an item with a chip that shows where it is:
- Seen once the team has opened it.
- Planned, Live, or Not now with one plain line why, for bugs and ideas.
- Sorted, for money and account questions.
You can add one screenshot from your photos to a message. It's made smaller on your phone first, under 500 KB, and that also takes out the location data photos carry. Only you and the team can see it. Your game details go with it unless you switch them off: the game's version, where you are, your kind of phone, the time and the last error this session, if there was one. Never passwords, card details or your messages to other players.
Replies are always signed Malta Living Team. You can start 3 new items a day and send 20 messages a day, and phone numbers, emails and links are taken out of what you write (@names stay).
Bug spotter
Report something broken, and when the team fixes it and marks it Live, you get Bug spotter: a rare badge on your profile. It shows once, as a small card after the team's reply. There's no money with it. It's a thank-you you can show.
Report, in two taps
Report has four cards. A player lists the people you met today: someone you made a move with, chatted with one to one, or shared a room with. Pick one and why: Rude to me, Spam, Cheating or Under 18. Block them too is on by default, so they're out of your way at once. Under 18 goes to the admins straight away.
A post and a club's name have their own Report buttons where they are (⋯ on a Gossip post, 🚩 Report name on the club's page), so those cards point you there. Broken opens your chat with Broken already picked. You can send 10 reports an hour.
Yours
After a report you land on Yours, with the newest on top and what happened: With the team, No rule broken, Action taken or Sorted. We never say what action we took on someone, only that we acted. How moderators decide is in moderators and reports, and the bigger picture in keeping Malta Living safe.
Someone in danger?
The game can't send help. At the bottom of Support, Someone in danger? Call 112 opens a line with a button to call 112, Europe's emergency number. It's always there.
Ideas for everyone
Your chat is private. For ideas you'd like other players to vote on, the community is still in Help & guide: see ideas, bugs and the roadmap. Every app on the phone is in the phone apps guide, and the whole game in the Malta life simulator guide.
Questions people ask
Where did Help & guide go?
Inside Support, one tap in, with its topics and rows. Support took its place on the grid, so nothing else moved. Feedback is now your chat with the team.
Who reads my messages and screenshots?
Only you and the Malta Living team. Screenshots are shrunk on your phone first, which also removes their location data.
Will the player I report know it was me?
No. They're never told who reported them, and Yours only tells you what happened, never what was done to them.
Is there a reward for reporting bugs?
Bug spotter, a rare profile badge, when a bug you reported is fixed and Live. There's no money with it.
