Plan a party or a bank job night for later
Until now a party in Malta Living, the free life sim you play in your browser, happened right now: you opened your doors and told your friends. Players asked for the other way round. You can now plan a party ahead, or a bank job night, for a time later in the week, and everyone you ask is reminded.

Plan something
In Messages, tap Plan something. One sheet asks three things:
- What: a party at your home (small, or big if you have speakers) or a bank job night.
- When: a day in the next 7 days, then a time. The usual evening times are one tap; Other… has every half hour.
- Who: search for people you know and tap to add them.
The button at the bottom repeats the night ("Plan it · Sat 21:00") so you don't send the wrong one. A plan has to be at least an hour ahead.
Everyone gets a card
Each person you ask gets a dated card in their chat with you. They tap I'm coming (or I'm in, for a bank job) or Can't make it. You see how many are coming, and you can ask more people, move the plan once, or call it off. A plan can't be moved inside the last 3 hours, so friends can rely on it.
Two reminders, nothing more
Half an hour before, everyone coming gets a reminder with a card that has a one-tap Go there. You get one when it starts too. There's no night-before reminder: a nudge helps most when you can still do something about it. If you can't make it any more, Can't make it now is on the same card.
You only pay when it starts
Planning a party costs nothing. A home party is paid for when it starts, at the usual price. If you're not at home, are held, or are short of money at the time, the game tries for 10 minutes and then calls it off: nobody is charged and everyone is told. If you start a party at home by hand on a day you have one planned, the game asks first, because starting one now means the planned one won't happen.
A bank job night sets a time for a crew: seats are taken ahead, and ten minutes before, the usual gather opens by itself. Its money, odds and limits are exactly the job's, unchanged.
Your week
Your week, the slim bar at the top of Messages, shows your next plan. Tap it for this week, later, and last week: your plans, parties you booked, club meet-ups you're going to, and What's on events you asked to be reminded of.
Why it matters
Plans make the game a place people meet, not just pass through. Parties, crews and clubs all work better when everyone knows when and where.
